Vinyl Tile...
Bond Failure
There are many issues that can cause bond failure of tile. A contaminated substrate, incorrect adhesive, room temperature, improper maintenance procedures, or failure to roll the floor after installation is among a few. A site inspection by a certified floor inspector is usually necessary to determine the cause.
Seam Seperation
The most common causes of seam separation are contamination of the substrate, incorrect adhesive or improper adhesive cure time to name a few. Only a site inspection will determine the cause.
Color Variation
The most common cause of color variation in tile is mixing of two or more different dye lots of the same product. Tile from more than one dye lot should not be installed in the same area.
